I just wanted to let you know that all my stuff arrived home yesterday, in perfect condition. You know, I moved homes many times already but I really want to say that I’ve never had such a smooth process and excellent service, from the beginning to the end, and the thorough follow-up, as the one that you offered to us. Thank you so much for everything! …and BTW we ended up NOT paying any taxes 🙂 THANK YOU!!!
